Tayaran – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Tayaran application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Tayaran is a food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery partners. Tayaran acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the preparation of food or the delivery made by third parties.

3. User Accounts

To place an order, you may need to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices shown in the App include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment can be made through the available methods in the App (cash, card, or digital wallets).

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless the restaurant or Tayaran approves.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, and restaurant preparation time.

  • Tayaran is not responsible for delays caused by restaurants, delivery partners, or external factors.

6. Refunds and Complaints

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing food, or quality issue), please contact Tayaran customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the App, post false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. Tayaran reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tayaran is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from food quality, delivery delays, or issues caused by third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

Tayaran reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted in the App and become effective upon publication.
